By using our website, requesting a reservation, making a reservation, or using our transportation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Transportation Services

Jaquar Limo LLC provides limousine, livery, private transportation, airport transportation, corporate transportation, and other passenger transportation services, subject to availability.

All transportation services are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Jaquar Limo operates its transportation services in accordance with applicable Connecticut requirements for livery and passenger transportation services. Connecticut identifies livery vehicles as vehicles used in the business of transporting passengers for hire.

2. Reservations

Reservations may be requested through our website, telephone, email, or other booking methods made available by Jaquar Limo.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until Jaquar Limo provides confirmation or otherwise accepts the reservation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• Passenger name

• Telephone number

• Pickup address

• Destination

• Date and time of service

• Number of passengers

• Number of vehicles required

• Luggage requirements

• Special transportation requirements

• Flight information, when applicable

• Any other information reasonably necessary to provide the requested service

Jaquar Limo is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Rates and Charges

Transportation rates and applicable fees will be communicated to the customer before or at the time a reservation is confirmed, when reasonably practicable.

Depending on the service, charges may be based on mileage, time, waiting time, minimum charges, vehicle type, additional stops, tolls, parking, or other applicable fees.

Applicable rates and charges will be consistent with Jaquar Limo's applicable tariff, rate schedule, service agreement, or confirmed reservation.

Connecticut's CTDOT publishes requirements concerning livery tariffs, including rates and certain applicable charges.

Additional charges may apply when caused by:

• Additional waiting time

• Additional stops

• Changes to the scheduled trip

• Passenger-requested route changes

• Excessive luggage or special equipment requirements

• Tolls

• Parking charges

• Airport fees

• Customer-requested vehicle changes

• Other services requested after the reservation has been confirmed

4. Payment

Payment may be required at the time of booking, before transportation, at the completion of service, or according to the terms agreed upon with the customer.

Jaquar Limo may accept credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, cash, corporate billing, or other payment methods that we make available.

The customer authorizes Jaquar Limo or its authorized payment processor to charge the applicable amount for the transportation services and authorized additional charges.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a reservation according to the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the type of service, vehicle, reservation, date, time, and notice provided.

For special events, weddings, airport transportation, large vehicles, group transportation, corporate accounts, or other specially reserved services, different cancellation requirements may apply.

The cancellation policy applicable to a particular reservation will be provided to the customer when the reservation is confirmed.

6. No-Show Policy

A passenger may be considered a "no-show" when the driver arrives at the designated pickup location and the passenger cannot be located or contacted within the applicable waiting period.

The customer may be responsible for the applicable no-show or waiting-time charge.

For airport pickups, Jaquar Limo may use the flight information provided by the customer to monitor flight status when such information is available. Customers should provide accurate flight information and promptly notify Jaquar Limo of significant changes.

7. Waiting Time

Waiting time may be charged when a passenger is not ready at the scheduled pickup time.

The applicable waiting period and charges may vary depending on the type of service and reservation.

Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.

8. Delays and Traffic

Jaquar Limo makes reasonable efforts to provide transportation at the scheduled time. However, transportation times cannot always be guaranteed.

Traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, construction, vehicle emergencies, airport delays, passenger delays, government restrictions, and other circumstances outside Jaquar Limo's reasonable control may affect pickup and arrival times.

Jaquar Limo will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when practical.

9. Flight Delays and Changes

For airport transportation, customers should provide accurate airline and flight information.

If a flight is delayed, canceled, diverted, or significantly changed, the customer should contact Jaquar Limo as soon as reasonably possible.

Additional waiting time or other charges may apply when permitted by the applicable reservation terms.

10. Vehicle Substitution

Jaquar Limo reserves the right to provide a comparable vehicle when the originally requested vehicle becomes unavailable because of mechanical problems, maintenance, safety concerns, scheduling issues, or other circumstances.

Jaquar Limo will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement vehicle.

11. Passenger Capacity and Safety

Passengers must comply with applicable passenger capacity and safety requirements.

Jaquar Limo may refuse to transport a passenger or may discontinue service when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.

Passengers must remain properly seated and use available seat belts as required by law.

Children and minors must be transported in accordance with applicable laws and safety requirements. Customers are responsible for providing any required child safety or booster equipment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

12. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave in a safe and respectful manner toward drivers, employees, other passengers, and property.

Jaquar Limo may refuse service or terminate a trip when a passenger:

• Threatens or harasses a driver or another passenger

• Engages in violent or dangerous conduct

• Damages the vehicle

• Attempts to interfere with the driver's operation of the vehicle

• Refuses to follow reasonable safety instructions

• Engages in unlawful conduct

• Creates an unsafe environment for the driver or other passengers

If a trip is terminated because of unsafe, abusive, threatening, or unlawful passenger conduct, the customer may remain responsible for applicable transportation charges and damage caused by the passenger.

13. Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in Jaquar Limo vehicles unless specifically permitted by Jaquar Limo for a particular vehicle.

Cleaning, deodorizing, repair, or other charges may be assessed when permitted by applicable law and the applicable reservation terms if a passenger causes damage or requires extraordinary cleaning.

14. Alcohol

Alcohol may only be transported or consumed in a vehicle when permitted by applicable law and Jaquar Limo's policies.

Passengers must comply with all applicable laws concerning alcohol.

Jaquar Limo may prohibit or restrict alcohol use in any vehicle.

Jaquar Limo reserves the right to refuse service when a passenger's conduct creates a safety or legal concern.

15. Illegal Drugs and Prohibited Items

Illegal drugs, weapons, hazardous materials, or other prohibited items may not be transported in Jaquar Limo vehicles except as expressly permitted by law.

Jaquar Limo may refuse transportation when it reasonably believes that a passenger or item presents a safety or legal concern.

16. Luggage and Personal Property

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage.

Jaquar Limo is not responsible for personal property left in a vehicle unless required by applicable law.

Passengers should check the vehicle carefully before leaving.

Any lost property located in a Jaquar Limo vehicle will be handled according to the company's lost-and-found procedures.

17. Damages and Cleaning

A customer may be responsible for reasonable costs resulting from damage to a vehicle or extraordinary cleaning caused by the customer or passenger, to the extent permitted by law.

Examples may include:

• Spills

• Vomit or bodily-fluid contamination

• Intentional damage

• Excessive dirt or debris

• Damage to seats, carpeting, doors, windows, or other vehicle components

Any charge will be based on the actual or reasonably estimated cost of cleaning, repair, or restoration.

18. Service Animals and Accessibility

Jaquar Limo will comply with applicable federal and Connecticut laws concerning service animals and accessibility.

Passengers who require accessibility accommodations are encouraged to notify Jaquar Limo when making a reservation so that reasonable arrangements can be considered.

19. School, Medical, Broker, Corporate, and Contract Transportation

Some Jaquar Limo transportation services may be arranged through schools, transportation brokers, healthcare organizations, government agencies, corporations, or other organizations.

When transportation is provided under a separate written agreement, purchase order, broker agreement, transportation contract, or other applicable arrangement, the terms of that agreement may control in the event of a conflict with these website Terms.

20. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current.

However, website information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or typographical errors.

Jaquar Limo reserves the right to correct information and update services, rates, availability, and other website content when necessary.

You agree not to:

Jaquar Limo will not be considered in breach of these Terms when performance is prevented or materially affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, road closures, traffic emergencies, government actions, strikes, public emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been avoided.

Jaquar Limo will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and, when possible, arrange an alternative solution.

26. Compliance With Law

Jaquar Limo provides transportation services subject to applicable federal, Connecticut, and local laws and regulations.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, eliminate, or reduce rights or protections provided to consumers under applicable law.

Connecticut's Department of Consumer Protection states that the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA) prohibits unfair competition and unfair or deceptive acts or practices.

27. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Connecticut and federal law.

28. Changes to These Terms

Jaquar Limo may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our website or transportation services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable reservation confirmation, rate agreement, written transportation agreement, Privacy Policy, and other applicable terms provided to the customer, constitute the agreement governing the applicable website use or transportation service.

If a separate written contract applies to a particular transportation service, that contract will control to the extent of any conflict.
